Further Information
Opening Times - The Rumblefest
camp site will be open from 6:30pm Friday 2nd July until 9pm
on Sunday 4th July. The main show area will be open from 9am
Saturday 3rd July until late on Sunday 4th July. The Triton
Inn will be keeping its normal licensing hours throughout the
weekend, but will also be open for a Full English Breakfast
from 9:30 am until 11am on Sunday 4th July.
Sunday Breakfast - If you
would like to join us for a Full English Breakfast on the morning
of Sunday 4th July at the price of £5 per head (payable
on the morning to The Triton Inn) please do let us know in advance
so that we have an idea of how many to cater for. The Triton
have agreed to go out of their way to provide breakfast so the
least we can do is help give them an idea of numbers!
Directions - Rumblefest takes
place at The Triton Inn, Brantingham, East Yorkshire, HU15 1QE.
The village is very straightforward to find whether you are
coming from the North via York. The West from the M1/M18/M62
or from the South and East via the Humber Bridge.
From the West and M1/A1/M18
you should head Eastbound along the M18/M62 towards Hull. On
the M62 once over the Ouse Bridge at Goole continue straight
ahead for approx 12 miles. The M62 becomes the A63 and soon
after you will see signs for South Cave. Take the exit for South
Cave and turn right at the top of the slip road. Follow the
road which goes over the A63 down to the left and at the roundabout
take a right towards Brough. In about 600 yards turn left at
the first junction and follow the road up over the bridge and
round to the right at the sharp right bend. Congratulations
you're in Brantingham! The Triton is on the right just after
the S bend. The camping field is on the opposite side of the
road just opposite the Triton entrance.
From the North via York you
should take the A1079 towards Beverley and Hull. After the village
of Shiptonthorpe go straight ahead at the roundabout onto the
Market Weighton bypass (still A1079). At the next roundabout
take a right onto the A1034 towards Sancton, Newbald and South
Cave. Stay straight up on this road until you pass through South
Cave. You will climb the hill back out of South Cave and then
pass over the A63 following the road around to the left. At
the roundabout take a right towards Brough. In about 600 yards
turn left at the first junction and follow the road up over
the bridge and round to the right at the sharp right bend. Congratulations
you're in Brantingham! The Triton is on the right just after
the S bend. The camping field is on the opposite side of the
road just opposite the Triton entrance.
From the South, East and Humber Bridge
follow the signs for A63 West towards Leeds and the
M62. Aprox. 8 miles west of the Humber Bridge take the exit
for South Cave. At the roundabout at the end of the slip road
take a hard left almost back on yourself towards Brough. In
about 600 yards turn left at the first junction and follow the
road up over the bridge and round to the right at the sharp
right bend. Congratulations you're in Brantingham! The Triton
is on the right just after the S bend. The camping field is
on the opposite side of the road just opposite the Triton entrance.
Camping - A dedicated camping
field will be provided for those exhibitors wishing to stay
on site and will be available on Friday and Saturday nights.
